Is she still my Best Friend???

Sometimes i think she just not like my best friend anymore,
she always do the thing that i hate but sometimes I'm not mad at her but very happy,
but sometimes i very hate her because of her mouth talk words that are not true,
now,i want to told her what about we just be friend,not best friend till she change ,
I'm very sad because she always hurt me ,
from small i know her but i just cannot think she will be like this,
i know you know who I'm saying,i just don't want to say it out,we know in our heart.
